Supported data modalities¶
This app supports the visualization of the following data assays:
- Single-cell RNA-seq: UMAP plots, gene feature plots, cell cluster markers, and DEGs by cluster
- Single-cell ATAC-seq and xQTL: xQTL, peak signals, and GWAS
- Visium Spatial Transcriptomics: UMAP plots, gene feature plots, spot cluster markers, and DEGs by cluster
